Originally founded in 2003 as Women in Leadership Society, WLS became an independent 501c(3) organization in 2010 serving Pearland and surrounding areas.  In 2019, WLS rebranded itself as Women Leading Success to better reflect our mission.

To promote the power of women to bring about positive change in the community through philanthropy and service.

To help single women and their children achieve independent living.

Our programs

WLS offers two programs for single women:  educational assistance and outreach.  The educational assistance program provides financial aid for tuition and associated costs to obtain a degree or learn a trade.  The outreach program provides emergency funds to pay for utilities, childcare, etc.      

Since 2009, over $100,000 in educational scholarships has been awarded. Over 150 single women and over 290 children have been helped though the outreach program.
